• Diagnostic & Strategic Assessment Fee: Paid in full via
Stripe as an Advance Payment. Work officially commences upon
confirmation of this payment. [Ref.
article 3.2] • Daily Consulting Fee: Paid in full as an Advance Payment prior to the Consultant’s departure from Japan. [Ref. article 3.2] • Success Fee: Prior to the site visit, the Client shall provide credit card Authorization (Hold) for the estimated Success Fee via Stripe. Upon verification of success at the test site, the authorized amount will be Captured (Settled Immediately) on-site. [Ref. article 3.4] |

• Diagnostic & Strategic Assessment Guarantee: If the
Consultant fails to deliver the report within 7 business days from the
Analysis Start Date, the fee will be refunded plus a 20% penalty. Once
the report is delivered, it is strictly non-refundable. [Ref.
article 7.4] • On-site Troubleshooting & Daily Fees Policy: If the Consultant fails to arrive on-site due to gross negligence, the Advance Payment (Daily Consulting Fees) will be refunded, and travel cancellation fees reimbursed. Once the Consultant departs from Japan, the Daily Consulting Fees are strictly non-refundable as they represent professional availability and time. After on-site success is verified, the Success Fee is also non-refundable under any circumstances.
