Verification:

Service Delivery Guarantee:
If I fail to provide the technical assessment report to the Client within 7 business days after receipt of all required documentation (PO and technical data) and confirmation of payment (700 USD), I will refund the full 700 USD plus an additional 20% penalty fee (totaling 840 USD) to the Client. Full Disclosure of Countermeasures for Maximum Design Margin:
Building on the effectiveness demonstrated in Phase 2, we will disclose and provide advisory on all remaining layout and routing modifications. Our primary goal is not just to pass, but to achieve a robust design margin.

QCD Optimization via De-tuning:
If compliance is achieved ahead of schedule, we will provide advisory on “De-tuning”?identifying and removing redundant components to minimize your BOM costs and improve overall profitability (QCD).

Success-Based Fee Structure:
You only pay the 5,000 USD consulting fee upon successful passing of the EMC test. If the test is not passed, this fee is waived.

Travel and Expenses / Workflow:
Round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations are to be arranged by the client. A daily allowance (prepaid) is required. The engagement is officially confirmed, and the visit schedule is finalized once we receive the Purchase Order (PO), confirmation of prepaid expenses, and the Success Fee authorization via Stripe.

Compliance with PE and PL Laws:
Please note that I act strictly as a consultant/advisor. I do not perform hands-on hardware modifications. We require a member of your engineering team to be present to implement the suggested modifications based on our advisory.

Service & Payment Guarantee:
In the unlikely event that we fail to arrive on the scheduled date due to our circumstances, we will immediately cancel the Success Fee authorization. Additionally, all prepaid daily allowances and any incurred cancellation fees for travel and accommodations will be fully reimbursed. Ref: Article 7.4

The Breakthrough: When ESD Success met Radiated Emission
Riding the momentum of passing the ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) test, I immediately ran the Radiated Emission test on the same board—a test it had previously failed.


The result was staggering.

Until then, we were barely scraping by with a -3dB margin. After the modification, we secured a solid -10dB at the worst point, and an average margin of -15dB.


To be honest, it was like a bolt from the blue. It shook everything I knew.


Reflecting on the “Traditional” Way

Looking back, I had always lived by the “senior’s rulebook”: EMC is about using filters and components to brute-force your way to compliance. I was stuck in a loop of “Symptomatic Treatment.”

But that day, I was staring at a problem that the rulebook couldn’t solve.

The Turning Point: A Shift in Perspective
I decided to throw away the conventions and trust my own instincts.


The breakthrough came when I shifted my entire viewpoint:
I became the Noise: I looked at the board from the noise’s perspective to find where it wanted to go.

I became the Board: I looked at the noise as an invader and found the cracks in my defense.

I began surgically removing the “vulnerable spots” (the “sickbeds” of the circuit) at their source.

The Revelation
In that moment, my doubt turned into a rock-solid conviction.


“Don’t try to fight the noise. Simply eliminate the reasons why the noise can exist.”

This was the birth of my “Radical Healing” approach.
