Breakthrough the “EMC Test Failures” with “Fundamental Layout and Routing-Driven Noise Suppression”.

  • First, we boost the “EMC Robustness” of your product through “Our Methodology (Fundamental Layout and Routing-Driven Noise Suppression) — a radical approach that minimizes reliance on EMI filters and components.
  • Second, we identify and eliminate redundant components (De-tuning) to reduce your BOM costs and significantly improve product profitability.

“Drawing on 20 years of rigorous medical device development, I provide battle-tested advisory services forged in the toughest engineering front lines.”

Instead of relying on “Band-aid solutions” and standard application notes…

We eliminate the “Root Cause”, making the PCB “Inherently Robust” by design.

What is “Fundamental Layout and Routing-Driven Noise Suppression”?

The Methodology:
A design-centric approach that maximizes a board’s potential through strategic layout and routing, rather than relying on additional components.

The Essence:
Moving beyond “Symptomatic Treatment” (Band-aid fixes), we focus on “Fundamental Cure” (Root-Cause Resolution) by neutralizing noise at its source.

The Synergy:
By optimizing “Multiple Critical Paths”, the improvement in EMC robustness is not merely additive—it is “Synergistic,” delivering a non-linear leap in performance.

The Result:
We achieve a “Massive EMC Compliance Margin” that far exceeds Pass/Fail Threshold, ensuring stability against mass-production variances.

On-Site Service Overview: From Root-Cause Analysis to Compliance

Can EMC robustness really be improved without adding more components?

It is only natural to be skeptical. In fact, back when I was a design engineer, I also believed that adding filters and shields was the only “standard” way to solve EMC test failures.

“Experience the Breakthrough, Not Just the Theory”

Our Methodology differs fundamentally from conventional, textbook approaches in both methodology and results. Rather than relying on theoretical explanations, I believe the fastest way to build trust is for you to experience its power firsthand on your own product.

Partial Disclosure of Our Methodology (Proof of Concept)

Suppose there are ten modification points required for final compliance. In Phase 2, I will provide advisory on only “one” of those points.

Even with just a single modification, you will experience an “overwhelming improvement that shifts the stage of your product’s EMC Robustness.” You will break free from the stagnation of struggling with minor fluctuations—often indistinguishable from measurement errors—and witness a definitive breakthrough.

The Purpose of This Phase:
Converting “Skepticism” into “Tangible Confidence”
This phase is an “Evaluation Plan (PoC)” designed specifically for you to experience the effectiveness of Our Methodology; it is not a service intended to achieve final compliance. Our true objective is to convert your initial skepticism into tangible confidence based on actual results. While complete resolution is provided in Phase 3, please use this more affordable service to test my expertise first.

Choosing the Right Service

First-time Clients:
I recommend starting with Phase 2 to experience the “overwhelming improvement that shifts the stage of your product’s EMC Robustness.”

Returning Clients or Urgent Projects:
You may choose to skip Phase 2 and proceed directly to Phase 3. This allows you to minimize both the time and cost required to reach final compliance.

Phase 3: Intensive On-Site EMC Troubleshooting for Compliance

Success Fee: Starting from 5,000 USD (Authorized via Stripe)
Format: One-week On-site Advisory
Deliverables: Full EMC Compliance & BOM Optimization (De-tuning)

Our premium on-site service is dedicated to resolving persistent EMC Test Failures and leading your product to Final Compliance.

Full Disclosure of “Our Methodology” for Maximum EMC Compliance Margin:
Building on the effectiveness demonstrated in Phase 2, we will disclose and provide advisory on all remaining layout and routing modifications. Our primary goal is not just to pass, but to achieve a Massive EMC Compliance Margin.

QCD Optimization via De-tuning:
If compliance is achieved ahead of schedule, we will provide advisory on “De-tuning” — identifying and removing redundant components to minimize your BOM costs and improve overall profitability (QCD).

Success-Based Fee Structure:
The 5,000 USD success fee is payable only upon achieving EMC Compliance. If Compliance is not achieved, this fee is waived.

Travel and Expenses / Workflow:
Round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations are to be arranged by the client. A daily allowance (prepaid) is required. The engagement is officially confirmed, and the visit schedule is finalized once we receive the Purchase Order (PO), confirmation of prepaid expenses, and the Success Fee authorization via Stripe.

Compliance with PE and PL Laws:
Please note that I act strictly as a consultant/advisor. I do not perform hands-on hardware modifications. We require a member of your engineering team to be present to implement the suggested modifications based on our advisory.

Service & Payment Guarantee:
In the unlikely event that we fail to arrive on the scheduled date due to our circumstances, we will immediately cancel the Success Fee authorization. Additionally, all prepaid daily allowances and any incurred cancellation fees for travel and accommodations will be fully reimbursed. Ref: Article 7.5

Universal EMC Solutions: Transcending Industries and Regulations

With nearly 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, I have navigated the most stringent standards, including IEC 60601-1-2. This background has solidified my conviction: the core technology of EMC suppression remains universal, regardless of the country, industry, or specific regulation.

My expertise applies to all sectors—from consumer and industrial electronics to automotive, telecommunications, medical, and even military/aerospace. Whether you face mandatory regulations (e.g., IEC, CISPR, FCC) or rigorous voluntary/industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, RTCA DO-160), I provide solutions rooted in the fundamental principles of physics.

The Story Behind Our Founding

When I was a young engineer, I had a defining experience during an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) testing and troubleshooting process that completely reshaped my engineering values.

Before Countermeasures: System reset at 0.5 kV air discharge.
After Countermeasures: Normal operation up to 15 kV.

Without relying on a single noise filter or suppression component, simply re-routing the wiring patterns caused the immunity level to skyrocket by more than 20 times.
My desire to share this paradigm-shifting experience with fellow engineers is the very foundation upon which this company was built.

Discover the actual story of that day below.

The breakthrough didn’t stop at ESD.

Riding the momentum of the 15kV success, we decided to re-test the Radiated Emissions (EMI), which had also been failing.

The results were staggering.

Previously, we were “barely scraping by” with a precarious -3 dB margin to the limit—a fragile “pass” at best. After applying our new methodology, our worst-case margin to the limit dramatically improved to -10 dB, with an average margin reaching a massive -15 dB.

It was a moment of profound realization.

For years, I had followed the traditional “wisdom” passed down by my mentors: “EMC suppression is about mixing and matching different commercially available noise-reduction parts to improve compliance.” I had spent my career repeating these “Band-aid fixes,” believing they were the only way.

Yet, the more hands-on experience I gained at the EMC test labs, the more a quiet voice in the back of my mind began to question: Is this “ironclad rule” truly correct?

But when faced with a failure that no amount of components could fix, I had to let go. I threw away the textbooks and the “common sense” of the industry to trust my own instincts.

The breakthrough came from a total shift in perspective:
Thinking like the aggressor: Looking at the PCB from the noise’s point of view.
Thinking like the defender: Looking at the noise from the PCB’s point of view.

I began to “Surgically remove” the “vulnerabilities” at their root. In that moment, the doubt I had long harbored about conventional methods vanished, replaced by a “Rock-solid conviction”.

The secret wasn’t in fighting the noise. It was in eliminating the vulnerability of the board itself. This was the “Fundamental Cure” I had been searching for.

You might be thinking:
“Isn’t that just about strengthening the GND?”
“Not quite”. It goes deeper into the fundamental laws of physics.

Have you ever heard a veteran analog audio engineer whisper, “Actually, it’s better to keep AGND and DGND unified as a single plane”?

Or have you ever heard someone at a test lab shout with surprise, “Wait, this other test passed too!” when they only intended to fix one specific issue?

These aren’t coincidences. Both phenomena are explained by the exact same principles of physics. Unlocking that logic is the key that opens the door to Our Methodology (Fundamental Layout and Routing-Driven Noise Suppression).
